Even though some areas of the world have had eased restrictions, the global pandemic still impacts some small businesses & it is sometimes difficult to obtain the exact same materials at times.
If you place an order on this site, and the rare instance comes up that your exact fabric is unable to be obtained, we will use our best judgment and substitute it to the nearest material that will be very similar in color & texture.
Not to worry, we will never replace your pink fabric with neon-green! It will be barely noticeable.
We ship to most countries around the world, but due to the current laws of the UK, we are unable to ship there.

for paying VAT, customs fees, taxes and/or duties upon receipt of your
we ship internationally from the USA, but please note that as an international buyer, you are responsible for paying VAT or any other customs fees and charges upon receipt of your package. we are unable to alter the customs forms to affect this process.
VAT, import duties, taxes & charges, etc., are not included in the item price or shipping charges on CardinalPlanners.com.
as the buyer, you are responsible to comply with the laws and regulations of your country in regards to paying these fees.
If you reject your package when it gets to your country because you don't
want to pay for VAT and/or customs fees, you will not be refunded.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
after you place a custom order, you have the right to cancel it within 24 hours.
you order cannot be canceled once you’ve received a shipping notification.
in the event that your order is canceled successfully, your funds will be issued back to you via the original form of payment you chose to use at checkout.
depending on the original source of payment, please allow five to seven business days for the funds to appear in your account.

upon receipt of your order, please inspect the item(s), & contact us within 24 hours of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your items are defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that the situation can be evaluated & resolved

usually, if the error is on our part, the item(s) will be re-sent at no cost to you if they are still in stock. in the event that the item(s) in question are out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
this policy does not apply to orders that are damaged during shipping. please see the shipping information section on the site for more information regarding orders damaged during shipping.
because this is a small business, at this time we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any purchases from this site.
please view all product photos & read descriptions very carefully before submitting your order. by purchasing from this site, you understand & are bound by these terms.
even if you don't accept your package from the mail carrier, we cannot refund it.
chargebacks are financial disputes filed through credit card companies, banks, PayPal & other financial institutions.
they harm small businesses and cause both the seller & buyer unnecessary stress & work.

since these policies have been laid out for everyone, in the event that a chargeback is issued against Cardinal’s site, we will consider this evidence of fraud & will show proof of the buyer’s agreement to the terms, time stamps of the buyer's accepting & agreeing to the terms, & other evidence to dispute the claim.
